RR150 I am shooting from the hip this week about how doctor’s offices might send out statements for you to pay BEFORE they have received payment for the services they rendered to you.
Beyond that they may even be holding on to a refund that is due to you without telling you about it. Yeah, it gets worse. If you do happen to over pay; it may take months before you get that money back.
